Teeth cleaning tips
Teeth cleaning dentistry, a collaborative effort between the patient and the dental office is an often overlooked area of oral health.

Done properly, helps reduce health issues down the line, expensive bills and it shows too with healthy looking smiles. There аrе numerous techniques, but wе will look аt a few ways to accomplish this properly.
Brushing:- Fіrѕt wе hаvе оnе оf thе mоѕt common types оf teeth cleaning, brushing. If you want to prevent gum disease and cavities, start here. You don't have to be rough! Start at a 45 degree angle where the gum and teeth meet, go in slow circles. Receding gums can be a sign of brushing too hard. Brushing techniques using an electric toothbrush are most popular these days.
Flossing:- This really helps ward off gum disease as it removes the food caught in the gum lines that result in bacteria that causes plaque and decay. It only takes 24-36 hours for the bacterial process to develop! Take a piece of floss, wrap it around your fingers and slide it between each tooth. As you do this, hug the tooth in question and wipe up and down a few times. Use a new part of the floss to go to the next tooth to prevent cross contamination.
Tongue Scraping:- This is an important one to remove some of the bacteria and reduce bad breath because the surface of your tongue retains a bunch of your food and drink too! Make sure to buy a proper one from a dental office or grocery/drug store (or online shopping). Place the scraper at the back of your tongue (if you have a high gag reflex, go slow), then pull forward. Rinse it off in the sink and repeat a couple of times, then clean and put away.
